At long last, I put the finishing touches on our worship team's first CD project. It's called "People of Vision", which is one of the tracks. I wrote/co-wrote all 12 songs, played guitars, keyboards and bass, sequenced some of the MIDI instrument tracks, engineered the recording and did all of the mixdowns, as well as lead the worship on the CD. It should be ready to sell in about 5 weeks...I'm sending it out to the CD replicators on Monday.

Congrats GN37 Exclamation I know that is a load off your mind finishing a big project like that. We are still getting the $1000.00 together for the replicating costs. Be God's-scott

I'm envious!

15 years ago I was writing a little and self-replicating cassette tapes.

Now, there's so many good writers and players out there my stuff sounds way dated!

Shocked KNOPFLER!?!?! As a dire straits fan, I must say I'm offended. Wink

I think it's Clint Howard?

Ron Howard (Opie) brother.

I'm guessing it's Clint Howard.

Anyway if I was thinner, younger, and less bald, I'd look more like HIM!

I didn't see it when I first signed in here, but now at the Gibson page, and the Blues page, I'm using this one, so thought I'd keep it consistent.

Actually the baby one had about as much hair as me, but I can't pass for being too young.

Well, the CD has been out about 1 1/2 wks. now and it turned out great! We just had a big conference at our church this week and I actually sold over 100 CDs, along with several MIDI disks and songbooks to go with them. In less than a week, we already made back more than half of the initial investment into the product.

The CD should be available on CDBaby in a few days.

GOD IS GOOD!

Tim, I'm sorry i didn't get to hear it-we have a lot of filtering stuff on our computer. But it's cool that it's up and running. Now comes the best part-you get to see it bless people. Be God's-scott
