I went to a local music store today to find out the mistery behind the bass before mentioned. Now you have to know this bass will cost me 2239,- Euro (about $1900,--) and that should make it way out of my league. But then it happend, firts the peavey, then the Ibanez BTB, then a Fender Jazz 5, then a Warwick and then the Musicman. What TONE, what souplese, what a colour (orange ) PLayed it over a Eden 2x 10" amp but waht a mind blower.
Now I know what that bass is all about. TONE!!!!
Now before you tell me there are better sounding basses out there, let me sleep on this one for a day or so okay!!!! And anyway, i will be of the the music show soon so i wont be reading your posts till......

That's a great bass! My friend was going to buy a Stingray5, but instead opted for a Roscoe 6. Very nice tone on both.

| just to add to my GAS, it turns out 40 of the grammy awarded or nomenated tracks were recorded using a Stingray...... Dont ask me how I know, but that is some good advertising for a expensive bass guitar huh!!! |
