Would anyone like to criteque my lyrics???

I have been playing the guitar for about 6 years now and started writing lyrics about 4 years ago. My mom found some lyrics in my room and said that they were "awesome". She gave them to some of her friends and to there sons which are my friends. My friends loved them and wanted to start a band. So we did and some people liked us, at least all the girls did. Well, I am not sure if they are really good, so I was wandering if you guys would give me some tips and correct the mistakes you think I made, i would very much appreciate it. It took us a year to find a name and we thought we wOuld go with "GEAR 7" which I think is very kewl, but I thought that this other one is nuch cooler, so we call ourselves "FADED" and our newest album is :Once To Remember: Sounds pretty cool, huh? Well, give me everthing that you think and please tell me so that I might inprove. THANKS. Laughing

Here is just a little part of a song that I like really like to sing. I wrote when I had the greatest time of my life with this one girl. We did everything together, but it wasn't so that we were the only people in the world. We were with each, but also had seperate lifes. And this is to Karissa.

This song has a couple interesting things happening. It starts out with a little acoustic guitar finger picking. It then turns into a quick and upbeat strumming. Then it starts and slows down for the chorus and ending. It sounds really kewl when you hear it.

The lyrics aren't bad at all man, Kind of hard to say that it's a good song when i don't know anything about the structure of the song.

the structure is really weird, but it sounds great when it is all put together. I will put up all the lyrics and the tabs for it, ok....It is really kewl!!! That's for saying they are really good lyrics....actually i have a song writing contract for them with paramount song in nashville, the demo CD should be coming pretty soon......well.....i start to put them up.....THANKS......
