That sounds like a pretty cool idea. If they can hold that pickup tight inplace over the long hall. Have you played one yet?

I met Michael Spalt at a guitar show near LA about a year ago. He has some really interesting basses to say the least. His workmanship was/is top-notch as was the sound. Really a cool guy to talk to and he helped me find some parts for a project I had going at the time. Take a look at the rest of his stuff. Cool
