I got a good but old article about Scott Stapp, former vocalist of Creed - which I like up till now telling about his life to christianitytoday interviewer.....
Some quotes from it :
".......I was broken down to the point where I had no other way but to look up. I couldn't handle it all. I was asking a lot of questions—of myself, of God—looking for answers."
"I'd have called myself a struggling Christian who was trying to find holes in everything he had been raised to believe. I was a doubting Thomas. I was raised in a climate where I believed in God because I was afraid of going to hell—and I didn't think that was the right way to fall in love with somebody........"
the last one was very true and rightly said, I sometimes can't help thinking about how to keep the same spirit like the day we got saved, thinking about how to stay ahead and not to fall last, not in terms of competition but in the perspective of Jesus when He said, "many who are first will be last." i see this happens to many people :
When someone got saved, his/her mind was set free but later become very narrow because of the mind itself
