Has anybody heard them?? I like it. I usually can't stand modern groups lol. No but I actually like them. Good message and insight I guess. Casual yet profound too. I saw them at Lifest this summer.

My girlfriend's roommate went and saw them pretty recently at OKCity she said they were good. I had no idea they were Christian? (If they are at all)

I think I saw their CD at the Bible Book store last week? Do they have a new one out? What kind of music do they play? I understand it's Christian.
There is a new radio station around here, Air One, they are playing some new stuff I'v never heard of before. Alternitive Christian they call it. Some of the stuff really rocks.

Air One originated near my home town. Good folks, really nice people that I have had the chance to meet at a few concerts. They used to REALLY rock hard but then got into the really weak sounding pop stuff but recently they have been getting back to the good stuff Smile

Glad to hear they have an affiliate in your area. They are really ambitious with their expansion plans.

Switchfoot started out as a young christian rock band, i'm talking heavy metal. Then they got this bass player who switched there music to softer rock. The band has been played on MTV already, i think like 5 times though. They where rated as a great gruop, LOL. For a Christian band this is a great accomplishment. There old albums, in which there are like 6, not including the new one, are just about normal things like girls and so on, but there new CD, "THE BEATIFUL LETDOWN", has focused on God more. I think that this band is going to be very big in a couple of year's with MTV and VH1, *LOL*. Okay, enough said, SWITCHFOOT ROCKS.

Whoa, old post. But I couldn't help it, the name Switchfoot caught my eye. I like them a lot, they get played on MTV2 Rock quite a bit. I had no clue that they were Christian. That's nice to know. Very Happy
