Favorite Christian artist or band?

Some of these Christian musicians are every bit as good as most of the secular bands in my opinion. Ever listen to Phil Keagy or Doyle Dykes? Probably the best classical guitarist on the planet, Chris Parkening, is also a Christian.

As far as bands go I think Third Day and Big Tent Revival are excellent.

I'll second that motion Matt! Everybody needs to be saved and AC/DC flat out rocks, no question about it.

Ok guys and gals, some of my fav. bands and artist:

DC Talk ('Jesus Freak' album and 'Welcome to the Freak Show' concert.)
Phil Keaggy when he was still in Glass Harp and his revealator album, Stryper before they went down, Holy Soldier (Promise Man Album), Jars of Clay, Gotee Hook (Songs we didn't write) and most of all, LARRY NORMAN (Why should the devil have all the good music?).

I think Skillet and POD are alright..not the greatest musicians but it's still cool to listen to. I also like Bride (I think thats what they are called??). 3rd Day is good and Phil Keagy is great but I can only listen to mellow music for so long before it drives me nutz.

Welcome Slinky, hope you stick around! I would agree that since Jesus Freak/Freak show that DC Talk has really not put much out that keeps my interest. Free At Last was an awesome CD too. I have the Freak Show video, I love it. Especially the Time/Walls medly.

By the way, what did happen to Stryper? I know Sweet did some solo stuff but I never really heard what happened to them.
