Christmas songs!

What are some of your favorite Christmas songs, that you either do or don't play?

Some of mine:
I do play- What child is this, Our savior is born, Mary did you know, O come o come Emmanuel,etc...

I don't play (yet)-This baby by Steven Curtis Chapman, He was still her little child by Ray Boltz, Precious Child by Warner Artists,plus...

In the traditional category I guess "O holy night" would have to be one of my favorites.

What are some of yours?

I'm trying to get several traditional songs worked up with easy chord tabs for something like a carol sing.

I need some that the kids know for when they ride in the parade downtown. I'm thinking "Silent Night", "Oh Little Town of Bethlehem" and maybe some just for fun; like "Jingle Bells" and "Rudolph".

The 8th is what we call "GUITAR NITE" where we give the piano lady the night off and anyone who wants to play gets up and we give it a go. Mainly guitars; a mandolin or 2; I'm trying to talk one guy into bringing his fiddle; and some songs can be done with a banjo (very few). This month we're focusing on Christmas music. I've gotta find songs with chords that are at the intermediate level or it gets too hard for everyone to play along.

In answer to your question after I rambled on... I like "What Child is This" the more traditional type stuff.

hmmm,
i like "what child is this' "mary did you know" "the angels cried" well i guess i like most christmas music but i'm not as obsessed as my aunt heather, she's been playing the stuff for weeks already and had her house decorated a week after halloween...sheesh, lol.

hehehe. my wife is the choir leader. She has had a christmas CD with the songs they are going to sing in the CD player since july or something out there. I dont even know I will even get a christmas feeling this year with all those songs going on all the time...
