A ton of different local denominations just got together here for a joint communion service. It was great! It really felt that the spirt of the Lord was breaking down the walls that have seperated us from each other.

I just felt I should share that.

Wow, that would be awesome! Wish I could of been there!

I've experienced a real small piece of that once when I was in, oh, Turkey I think, and we only had one chapel (tent) and everyone was in one place trying to worship Christ together. Really cool!

I cant believe it..... God is good. Here in Amsterdam we are doing the same.

All the local pastors get together at least once evry month to get to know each other. They made plans for a outdoor prayer service.
In amsterdam our centre square is called the Damsquare (its like a wall to keep the water in the river, not something else...)

So they put a stage in the centre, I hooked up this huge PA and there were like 2500 christians, in the centre of Amsterdam praying and singing to the honor and glory of God..... WOW. Nobody seemed to care about denomination, background..... heaven on earth. I could just see what it was suppposed to be like.

Yeah, ex-USAF. 12 years to be exact. Worked with Armament Systems on the F-15 and F-16.

Spent a few months in Turkey, and a couple different tours in Saudi...one before the barracks bombing, and then another in tent city, in the middle of nowhere.

Hated it then, but was a real eye-opener to the world outside of the US. Actually, it really allowed the intrusions of the world to be kept at bay, and let me get closer to God each time. Especially when they were running the fences at tent city to try and kill us all.....that'll get your attention!
