My wife and I just found out that my wife's sister was diagnosed with breast cancer. If any of you would include her in your prayers we would sure appreciate it. Her name is Carol.
Thanks, |

Carol is covered, as well as you and yours.
Be strong for the family my brother, and let us know what we can do...

God bless all of your family.
If there is anything we can do, let us know. I have a friend who survived and beat out breast cancer about a year or two ago. I can give you her number if you think your sister in law would like to talk about it with someone who has gone through it. |

Update:
It's been very testing around here with this cancer thing. Two of my wife's other sisters had scares that they had breast cancer too. Thank God they have been checked out and are clear. One had a cyst removed, not cancerous. Needless to say, we are getting my wife checked ASAP. So, praise God for the good news about the others, and please pray that my wife is clear also.
Now the bad news: Carol had a partial mastectomy, borders not clear, had to go back and take the whole breast and lymph nodes. 90% of the lymph nodes came back cancerous, which led to intenses testing for her entire body. She was diagnosed with cancer in her hip, liver, spine... you get the picture. It's all over her. She started chemo the same day they found the rest. No news since.
She needs a miracle. I know God can do it, I pray that He will. I would appreciate your prayers also.
Thanks,
Six |

Many thanks to all of you for your prayers. Carol is undergoing regular chemo. The Lord is being gracious to her and she hardly gets sick from it. She is still able to work part time and her community has rallied around her and is showing much support. Still no idea on the effect the chemo is having on the cancer, but her spirits are high.
Her family is unsaved and she prayed last year "Whatever it takes, Lord, save them." Hmmm... ya know? Please keep praying for her miracle and for her family's salvation.
Thanks again. God bless. |

Update:
To all of you who were faithful in praying for Carol, thank you so much. The Lord has been merciful! She had tests last week and they found NO CANCER in her bones at all! There is a spot on her liver that has responded to chemo and is half its original size. She is not out of the woods yet- still undergoing treatment- radiation is next, so please keep praying. But I wanted you to all know how good God is being. He is healing!! Praise God.
Thank you all for your prayers. |
