whaaaaaa boooo hooooo... 1 of my Peavey classic 20's finally gave up the ghost !! it simply wouldn't make a sound thru the speaker- it still worked for awhile thrue the external speaker out, but that quit last nite !! the amp tech opened it up today & ran tests on it-unfortunately the electronics/board is kinda frazzled out-it would cost too much to repair.-ohhhhh well. it served me well for a long time...now i'll gut it out & save the parts that are still good and build me an amp off of the amp project site & put it into the PV shell. -should be fun.

thats too bad. I'm sure the amp u build will sound cool though.

ha... franken-amps are fun...just be careful not to hook up a speaker to big for a small low power amp
