Hello!

I'm from India. I love playing the guitar and am in the process of learning. I hope I get to know more here. Anyway, I wanted to say hi to all of you.

Great to hear from you all!!

I use a Gba 201 SB guitar with pick up which I bought recently( about 3 months ago) . Before this I had an acoustic guitar on which I started learning. I use the gba one to play in church.

And regarding the songs we sing in church here in India , we mostly sing the regional songs. But we also sing a few english songs like 'Trading my sorrows' 'above all' and such. But I do listen to the music of bands like Third day, Newsboys, Tree63, Jars of clay, SC chapman,
Jeremy Camp, Rich Mullins, Audio adrenaline and..... thats a long list Very Happy

So, since how long have you all been playing the guitar?

All bands we know very well. Do they ever come out to your region for concerts?

I have been playing for about 15/16 years now.

Great choice of bands!
I have only been at it a few years myself (playing). I have never heard of your type guitar before, I'll have to check that out. Any guitar you play in Church must be a "good" one. Very Happy

First of all, my apologies for posting so late. I have been kept quite busy this week. So here are the answers to your questions.

I have been playing for about 15/16 years now.

Well, until now none of them ever came to our region. It is only through the internet that I'm able to get their music. The only concerts that I have been to are that of Ray boltz and Ron Kenoly
Wow, 15/16 years is a long time. I have been playing for 7 months now and its been great! I'm sure I have a LOT more to learn though.

Thank you! Smile I agree that any guitar we use for in church should be a good one.

Well, I haven't really tried playing any of Rich Mullins songs. I love the song " If I stand" by Rich Mullins. Need to try and work on learning that sometime.
