Well this morning Dad and i went down to Annandale and looked at some guitar shops. There was this one great store there called Jacksons Rare Guitars, and we went in and i played a few Teles (all second hand).
There was a nice USA 52 Tele, but i also played the USA Deluxe Tele which was absolutly beautiful too...i ended up getting it. (it was cheeper too )
So im now the proud owner of a USA Fender 2004 Telecaster Deluxe
Praise God!
Well im very happy anyways so i might go play it now. |

Hey, Jackson's Rare Guitars. I've heard it's a good shop, what did you think of it?
Congrats on your purchase. |

Dont have a pic of it yet dudes sorry. But its butterscotch blonde, with a black pic guard....so its kinda a classic tele look.
Yeh was great spending time with Dad, i was a few dollars short, so Dad came in handy too (ill pay him back offcourse!) but yeh was great fun!
Jacksons is a really great shop yeh, lots of classic and rare guitars for sale, all second hand. http://www.jacksonsrareguitars.com/index.html
...The tone on this guitar so beautiful!! |

| You could not have picked a better or more versatile axe bro, and one of the best things about Teles is the "Anti guitar hero" tag that goes with it. Everybody plays Strats these days, but the Tele was there in the beginning ; kinda like the Book of Genesis. I use mine for Blues, Rock, Country and it excells in all. More power to ya Shaggy! Chuckster. |

| Hey Nate, not much experience with Peavey guitars. A local pawnshop had a T60 for a bit, but wanted too much for it. The Peavey guitars I've seen and played have been well designed and good value for money. Hope you have good luck with your new prospect. I've got a couple of their amps, though ; they chop up all right. Regards, Chuck. |

From my reading in the guitar mags, Peavey are doing pretty well in the trade shows. But I haven't played one myself.
The amps are certainly very good. I used one for my year 12 music exam and it was great for playing funk. The one I used had a great high end cut for rhythmic stabs, then i was able to use the same settings for my acoustic guitar and got a great clean tone. I want to get one sometime. |

| Yeah, the amps are great. Great design team on the inside and outside! JSX rocks..... The bandit has always been a practice studio standard as well. |
