The David Crowder Band

Hello fellow Guitar Discussion Members! I'm on a roll with this Christian Popular Artists thing, so I have another topic. I was wondering, due to the fact that we have members pretty much from all over the world, if anyone else has heard of the David Crowder Band. They are the new and upcoming Worship band and they are amazing! David Crowder himself is a rather unusual-looking character, but he has an amazingly passionate voice and his songs just radiate a very deep and real love for God! I have a few favorite songs of his. Here's a compressed list:
1.) Only You2.) O Praise Him (All This For A King)3.) No One Like You
4.) Undignified5.) Intoxicating

Those are only a few of my favorites and they are all great worship songs that are definitely worth looking into if you haven't played them. If you need chords for them, I can get them for you and post them here. David Crowder's website is here:

It's worth checking out, for sure. I'm not sure if the site has music demos, but if you search around, you might find some.

No, I've never heard of him. But that isn't surprising. There are a whole ton of Christian artists mentioned here that I don't know.

I'm from Belgium and I really really really like the DCB. I specially moved my vacation so I could go to LA to see 'em. That sounds crazy I know but I also bought a guitar and went to the grand canyon and lots of other great places.
I spoke with them for over half a hour, they are really cool and humble people.
If you don't believe me go to their site watch, the pictures from LA and you'll see me with the band. Guess who I am Laughing

Oh yea I forgot to mention that they signed my cd Wink

David Crowder Band is awesome. I love the band too. Thay are among my top five in the list of favorite bands.
I very much agree that David Crowder has a wonderful voice. Some of their songs like 'O Praise Him' ans "stars' 'God of creation' are very very touching. Have you heard of their song 'stars'? I have somr live performance videos of them and they're amazing. Hope they'll be able to come to India and perform sometime. Smile
